1. Warranty Period

The full range of CHEERFUN products provides three-year warranty responsibility.
The warranty start date is the confirmed receipt date.

The scope of warranty is limited to orders with purchase records on Amazon、Walmart、and our official site.
For purchases made through CHEERFUN’s authorized resellers, please contact them directly.
We apologize in advance for whatever inconvenience your CHEERFUN purchase may have caused.

2. Quality Assurance Assessment Qualification

If your product turns out to have a defect during its warranty period, please contact us via our email support@highever.com and let us know what we can do to help you.

If the quality problem has not been confirmed, the purchaser needs to return the product to HIGHEVER's designated location to confirm quality issues. When applying for a warranty, please provide the product warranty card. Once approved, CHEERFUN will provide warranty services as soon as possible.
