Cancellation or modification requests for an order can be made if it has not been shipped yet. If the order is cancelled successfully, you will get a refund. But paypal platform will charge a 5% fee for this transaction.
Cancellation and refund requests are not accepted when the order has been shipped or is already on the way to the destination.
Within 30 Days - If you aren’t satisfied with the quality of the items you receive, you may initiate a Return Request within 30 days from the date of the item’s arrival. All return requests are subject to evaluation and our friendly Customer Service will be glad to guide you through it.
1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You can take a photo and contact with us to confirm before sending the item back.

We don't provide replacement service due to accidents, natural disasters, operating errors, incorrect use of the environment, deliberate damage, failure to disassemble the product damage, etc.

1. Damaged Items
Your arrived items are damaged due to transportation; When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear. However, if damage occurs to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside and either message us or call us immediately.

4. During the 12-month warranty period, if the product to be replaced is discontinued or out of stock, etc. CHEERFUN will provide products of other sizes, types, and colors at the same price for a replacement.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within any applicable return days as applied by your bank. The time for the refund to arrive depends on your payment method, generally about 1-7 business days.

International shipments: If we ship your toys to your country and you fail to communicate with the shipping company to arrange receipt of your package, the shipping company will destroy your package and you will not be refunded from us. Nor will CHEERFUN take the item back or reimburse you for the cost of the item or shipping.

The full range of CHEERFUN products provides 12 months warranty responsibility.
The warranty start date is the confirmed receipt date.

If the quality problem has not been confirmed, the purchaser needs to return the product to CHEERFUN's designated location to confirm quality issues. When applying for a warranty, please provide the product warranty card. Once approved, CHEERFUN will provide warranty services as soon as possible.
